I totally agree, so much that it started as a novel before I ever published a short story version. I have the outline and about ten chapters written, but decided there were many stories to tell and I’d try to forge a more immediate connection with readers by letting Stomp run rampant with an anthology.
You need to turn this into a novel, or at very least a novel-in-stories.
